Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for respecting both your time and mine.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee.

Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice may be charged the full session fee.

Life happens. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be considered with compassion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment for completed coaching sessions is non-refundable.

If coaching packages are offered, any unused sessions may be subject to the terms outlined in your signed coaching agreement.

Questions regarding billing or scheduling are always welcome and can be discussed before services begin.
